Dare we say, our best seller? The classic pairing of blueberries and lemon steal the show in this tart. Local blueberries, lemon juice and lots of flecks of lemon zest comprise our classic Wonderment tart. People love it so much that is has become both a spring and summer staple.
LOCAL PEACH STREUSEL
Local Chile’s Orchard yellow peaches are cooked to a jam consistency and stuffed between our tart dough. These tarts are topped with slightly spiced cinnamon vanilla royal icing and our tasty brown sugar oat streusel. It’s like eating a peach cobbler, only more buttery.
Same delicious local raspberries shine inside this tart and are paired with a more earthy topping: almonds. Vanilla royal icing and a generous scoop of shaved almonds complete this tart.
MIXED BERRY & LEMON
What is better than one berry? Three berries. We make a quick jam with blueberries, blackberries and raspberries and add a quick zest of a lemon. Top it all off with our tangy and tart lemon royal icing.
LOCAL CHERRY & THYME
Cherry Pie meets pop tart. Delicious juicy cherries are cooked down to a jam and stuffed between our buttery tart dough. We add thyme to our royal icing for an herbal take that brings out the cherry flavor.
RASPBERRY & LEMON
Local raspberries and lots of lemon juice and zest make this a great summery tart. This flavor combination is bright, sweet and tart and the perfect option for gorgeous summer days.
FIG & HONEY
Celebrate the end of summer with fresh figs cooked in honey and with a vanilla bean, pureed and layered between our tart dough and topped with a local honey royal icing. These tarts make the seasonal transition much tastier.
Is there anything better than a real, in your hands, physical concord grape? Sure the seeds are a pain but that flavor is unreal. This tart brings that awesomely intense grape flavor, without the hassle. We take local concord grapes and cook those down, add brown sugar and layer it between our dense tart dough. Finished with grape royal icing, because, why not.
It’s not fall until we break out the pumpkin spice! Local pumpkin puree, cinnamon, cloves and vanilla make up this delicious tart. The filling is smooth and creamy and perfect for those first days of fall (and all throughout the winter).
Local apples shine in this quintessential fall tart. It has become a big crowd pleaser and for good reason. Local apples, cooked with brown sugar and spices, are pureed and layered between our buttery tart dough. The tart is finished with vanilla royal icing and crushed spice cookies.
MAPLE CANDIED PECAN
Our brown sugar and maple tart filling gets layered between our dense buttery tart dough and topped with a maple royal icing. It then gets dolled up with homemade crunchy candied pecans. If we had it our way, everything would be covered in candied pecans.
Bright orange zest and tart cranberry jam provide the perfect pick me up snack for when the weather starts getting dreary and cold. Our cranberry, brown sugar and spice filling is layered between tart dough and topped with a heavily orange royal icing.
This crunchy tart is satisfyingly sweet and salty. We combine lots of toasted and chopped pecan with brown sugar, vanilla and corn syrup to recreate the classic fall pie. These tarts are topped off with a slightly boozy bourbon royal icing and even more chopped pecans.
SWEET POTATO PIE
Similar to our pumpkin tart, we take local sweet potatoes and roast those until sweet and falling apart. Blended with cinnamon and ginger, this tart is packed with flavor. It is finished with a Saigon cinnamon royal icing.
MAPLE CANDIED BACON
Maple filling, maple icing and to make out of this world special, candied bacon. We take brown sugar coated thick cut bacon and add a few spices to create our sweet and smokey homemade candied bacon. It is then liberally sprinkled on top of our maple tart.
No adorable gingerbread people here – just the perfect gingerbread flavor. Brown sugar, molasses, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves all blend perfectly in our gingerbread tart. It is deliciously chewy with deep and full-bodied sweetness and just the right amount of spice.
PEPPERMINT & CHOCOLATE
Our rich and fudgy dark chocolate filled tart gets dolled up with organic peppermint extract and crushed peppermint candies.
Get into the festive mood with our take on the classic spiced drink. Nutmeg, cinnamon and a splash of homemade eggnog upgrade this tart to holiday status. It is topped off with vanilla royal icing and even more freshly grated nutmeg.

What’s better than gingerbread? Gingerbread and dark chocolate. We add chopped dark chocolate to our gingerbread filling and top it off with more dark chocolate icing.
Warm up with one of our favorites - spicy chocolate tart. Our rich and fudgy dark chocolate tart gets a dose of heat from cinnamon and cayenne pepper. Particularly tasty when toasted and paired with a hot cup of coffee.
